Walnut & Cranberry Cake Loaf

This loaf is a firm favorite in our house but it’s especially popular around Christmas time with its cinnamon undertones, it’s perfect in the cake tin for festive visitors.

In addition to our cake mix and added ingredients, you’ll need:

75g chopped walnuts

50g Dried cranberries

½ tablespoon of cinnamon

  1. Follow instructions on your cake mix, add the above ingredients and mix gently.
  2. Bake in a silicone loaf tin for 30 mins and allow to cool.

Top tip! Whilst a little warm, this is pure heaven with a little butter melted on a slice…. Bliss.
